Open bugs for wxFlatMenu:

- No tooltips over the toolbar items
- Menu items as separators can expands when set in AUI framework
- Allow enter some custom controls to the toolbar - a Combobox will be a good start
- **FIXED** Crash on GTK when scrollbuttons are enabled - currently the code is disabled using __WXMSW__, will be replaced to more generic code
- **FIXED** bug: grandchild menu can do under the screen ....
