The 'EZedit' data editor is designed to do exactly three things: It allows you to Change or Delete an existing record of data, or in some tables, to Insert a brand new record.

Most of the auditable tables can only be Changed by this tool; they will not allow you to Insert new information at will. But reference tables such as the C&G list will permit Insertion of new data. The Data Editor was deliberately designed to operate on exactly one record at a time. If you
want to get more sweeping than that, you'd better start learning SQL!

The Data Editor has two modes, one of which lets you see a few records at a time, and another which lets you see one record at a time in a 'full page' mode. If your table is very wide (many columns) then EZedit may be very slow unless you use EZhide first to hide some of the columns.
