FreeWrap 6.42 is based on TCL/TK 8.5.6

The Linux copies of freeWrap 6.42 were refreshed on 4/22/09. The initial distribution did not use the same encryption key as the Windows versions. This prevented wrapping applications across operating systems using the -w option. The new upload now contains consistent encryption keys between Linux and Windows.
