plgchr: Get character default height and current (scaled) height

plgchr (p_def, p_ht);

Get character default height and current (scaled) height.

p_def (PLFLT *, output)

Pointer to default character height (mm).

p_ht (PLFLT *, output)

Pointer to current (scaled) character height (mm).
